I guess this is one of the benefits of working nightshift. I just got up at 4pm.

Same here, it does that if you booked your tickets with a package. Spoke with the internet help desk today.

No-go via mobile app as well.

Those that have booked with a package were you able to book your fastpass plus or what happened with it? I am currently being told the December 12th date as well.

Having same problem as KimBeam. Only showing one of our travel party and saying valid park admission required. Booked whole trip as a package.

That's why.

Being a part of a package means they aren't good until the first day of your package start date (IE -- 12/12). The system, right now, thinks that you don't have any tickets. I was told, by the Disney internet helpdesk, that once your 60 day window opens the tickets will then populate and allow you to make FP+ reservations.

Ok. But my window opens 10/13 so are you just saying the window didn't open at midnight tonight?
