I've just started looking in to Volumetrics as a way to lose weight. It's not really a diet, but a way of eating healthier. The basic concept is to eat foods with a higher water weight content, rather than "dry" foods.
Just wondering if anyone else is following this plan and if so, what tips do you have. I'd love to find some recipes for the whole family too.
