Anyone else unable to get through WDW Dine?

MDE isn't showing availability for most if not all of the Dessert Parties so I tried calling them yesterday and today all I get is a "All circuits are busy" message and then disconnected. Not even the lengthy hold where I can get my Disney music fix.

Who shall I blame? Harold or Irma? I'm thinking Irma.

Harvey is gone. People who have vacations planned for the next week are all figuring out what to do. I'm unsure why the dessert parties went all grey, but with Irma being such a major issue, right now, I'd sit tight and wait until after then.

My two best guesses are that they wanted to open up the next available month and hit a glitch, or they wanted to shut down the parties in preparation of Irma, and accidentally knocked the whole thing off-line.
