Anyone else unable to get through to MS?

I've been calling for the past 15 minutes - never get to any recording, just 8 or so rings, then a busy signal.

Never mind - as soon as I posted, I got through.

BUT, my expected wait time is 15 minutes! Are that many people booking early August? Or, wait... aah, Spring Break.

I just got thru after twenty minutes of calling, now I have a 10 minute wait on hold. I was told their is about 130,000, DVC Members and a handful of people working at MS. Seems like they would hire more people.

Plus they were closed yesterday... two days buildup.

I just got through. Had about a 7 minute wait. So not too bad considering coming off of a holiday weekend.
