Anyone else tired of the "I hate Stitch" threads?

YES!!!!!!

I love Stitch and wish people would just lay off and get a life. There is no need to go around bashing any of the characters or attractions.

(Oh, yes, I forgot -- the daily '"Should I get TGM or UOG or both")

so why do you bother looking at this site?you just wiped half of it out!

Because the other half is really useful...and because it is very easy to skip the threads you want to skip....which is kind of my point to begin with.......

Ha, ha. That may be the post of the year!

i enjoyed Alien Encounter. my young neice was frightened however, hence why i am guessing the change. I did Stitch and thought it was ok. didn't hate it, but didn't love it and decided i liked AE better (scarier= better for me!). then i just watched lilo and stitch on tv last weekend and realized how much like the movie the ride is (or other way around???). anyways- i think i'll do it again and enjoy it more knowing the story. i'll just hold my breath for the burp. the kids probably get a kick out of the burp is my guess. :rotfl: so i could live with or without it.

I don't know if I'm sick of them or not. I've never been on SGE, so I can't say.

I was going to skip it, but this thread has convinced me I must try it before I knock it. ;)

We are huge Stitch fans! We liked AE and think SGE is ok, but feel Stitch deserves a better attraction. He is immensely popular just look at merchandising. He sells big time and must admit we have helped their sales. We have 5 Stitch big figs and just about every one of his snow globes. Personally I think he is one of the greatest Disney characters ever created, but that is just my opinion. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion which we can share on these boards. We just bought Leroy & Stich and will be watching it this weeked.

Sorry but this ride was useless in my opinion. The burping thing really grossed me out too.

Useless would be a water-perforator or an egg-sifter.

Useless would be a cheese-straightener or a pencil-purifier.

Useless would be a digital hamster-wheel or a deep-fried paper clip.

Useless would be a cubed bowling ball or a spherical brick.

Useless would be posts that don't explain WHY an attraction is "useless".

But maybe that's just ME. :goodvibes

I like SGE! I think the audioanimatronic Stitch is one of the best I've seen. I don't know why, but I think it is so funny when Gantu pronounces Florida "Flohr-ee-duh".

Robo, I'd like to try a few of those things you mention, especially the cheese straightener, and I can think of a few uses for the spherical brick. A pencil purifier would be a godsend in classrooms during cold and flu season, most shops that carry kitchen gadgets stock egg 'sifters', so I guess 'useless' is rather subjective, isn't it? ;)

I hate the Stitch attraction, I was scared to bits by AE but thought it was creative enough to warrent being there, but I can see how people could be sick of the I Hate Stitch threads. Actually, there are a few 'repeat offender' threads I'm pretty tired of, but it comes down to a simple truth: If you are sick of them, don't open them! :surfweb:
