Anyone else think Jetblue will have a fare sale?

To try to bounce back from all of this bad press they have been getting since their major screw up.

I think they'll wait for a bit and see what happens. If flights start to not fill up they'll have a sale.

I Vote for a sale. However, I also think that some "marginal" markets (such as Nashville) may be abandoned until they ge their act in gear.

it would make sense - Air Canada had a huge sale years ago after a strike - I recall $99 roundtrip fares.

Of course, a fare sale won't help those once a year travellers who were so severely impacted. There will be a lot of people scooping up the low fares who were never impacted by recent events (and some of those will complain loudly if JetBlue screws up on their flights)

I do think they will have a sale...but I think many people will snap up the tickets because people's memory spans are short...and they will never think that this will happen to them.

Absolutely, a sale will be coming out soon! They have so much negative press, they have to do something to save there reputation.

They should wait and see. Analysts and investors are getting very upset with JetBlue. Some have suggested that over the last week JetBlue has been reacting to noise rather than responding to information.
