I won't turn them off because I want to know what is going on and I keep the TV on constantly while the kids are not home or when they are playing outside.
Maybe I'm doing the wrong thing but I want to know what is going on.

I'm watching it all the time too. I don't want my girls to see it constantly, but when they aren't here. It's on.

No, I don't want to know. The kids are blissfully happy watching cartoons. I won't put it on either later on.

Yes, I'm watching it constantly. I want to hear whats going on just to see if the area my son is in is being attacked. I have to know if he is reasonably safe. Its the only way I can at least halfway believe he is ok. It is the worst time of my life, and am having a hard time dealing with it.

I have it on, but really I'm not paying a lot of attention to it right now. There is too much speculation. Did the bombing kill Saddam, is that a body double that gave the speech, etc. I wish they would stick to what is KNOWN instead of "WHAT IF".
