Anyone else struggling to make Oga’s reservations?

We are visiting in September and I have been trying daily to get a reservation to Ogas. At first I assumed the reservations weren’t open yet, but no matter what day/time I check, it shows unavailable. When I call to check if I am missing anything they just tell me to check back often. Is anyone else having this issue?

Oga reservations always go quickly! You can join the walk up list when you are in the parks and close to Oga's. We did this in March 2022 and the estimate was 20 min wait, we were inside in around 10!

I’m trying right at 6am each day and still getting nothing.

We did this a few weeks ago! I thought we'd have a long wait or get turned away, but we were in within 5 minutes. That was probably around 7 pm. and there were just 2 of us. We were originally put at a low counter around the bar but we were able to scoot over to the taller bar counter pretty quickly.

I got one last week but it was a hard fought battle. I tried everyday for 5 days and only got one reservation. Most days it would give me a few options but not let me confirm them. I was online right at 550 every morning and they would only show up at 600 on the dot.

Thank you for the info. I guess we’ll just have to hope we get walk up. I was starting to think there was something wrong with the reservations

I paid the $10.00 or so on Mousewatchers to get notifications. Even through this they were usually snatched up so quick. But close to and during our trip I got so many notifications and we were successful.

It's a really hard reservation to get. Just keep trying right at 6am and hopefully you'll get one. If not, try using a reservation alert site or do walk-up on your park day.

I was not able to get a reservation but has no trouble getting a walk in. I checked as soon as we got to the area and it it was a 30 minute wait so I added us to the list and we got in at around 20 minutes. We were sat at one of the large tables with 2 other groups.

These reservations are the first to go 60 days out and all reservations are gone in literal minute or two!! If you are more that the 60 days out, keep checking, but for some reason they are gone quickly. Now, from what I was told in the past/as this may have changed: the reservations will ensure a seat at a table. The standing bar tables are for the walk-up guests. I have always been with kids/so I have never been able to sit up at the bar itself. If parties are small, with reservations, they will put 2 parties together at 1 table. This has happened to me a few times. However, as someone mentioned, the walk-up times are generally manageable: use the app and use the "join walk up list" and you should be good to go.

I had a reservation for Ogas on June 30. This is what I was told too by the cm at the check in host stand. Reservations guaranteed a table. Standby get the table if they need to fill space from a reservation paty. The tables hold 6 people and the hosts manage the groups the same way the single rider lines are managed on rides.

We were at DL end of April last year when the crowds were pretty high. We headed to Oga's first thing in the morning with no reservation and got in straight away. We didn't really want to drink or eat there just experience it. We did order just one non alcoholic drink in a souvenir mug to share as it was soooo expensive but we were seated in a booth and got a chance to wander around and take lots of photos and enjoy the ambience. It was great.

We have always stood at the bar, but I thought there were more than 6 people at the tables.
I think the tables seat 12? We have had at least 6 in our party and another party sharing with us of 5-6. There is the rounded booth seating and usually 2-3 stools that slide under the front part of the table also. Each time we have gone to Oga’s since COVID, we have been seated at a table (we have always had a reservation). So, I do think they give the table priority to those with reservations (which makes sense to me). It is such a relief to be able to sit for a little bit! So if I can’t get a reservation at 60 days, I set up the free alerts, as well as keep checking a day or two before and day of for reservations.

We are also visiting in September. I checked at 6am all three days we will be there, when the window opened up. I still check regularly and have never seen an available reservation for any time.
