Anyone else receive a "Merry Member Mixer" invite with their Vacation Magic?

Search is down (or no longer available, can't figure it out as it's missing? can't find it..........) or I would look for this.

In with Vacation Magic - there was a card to invite to a weekly Merry Member Mixer and said to check out dvcmember.com for time and location details. Can't find anything there!!! Guess the website is slower than snail mail!

Anyone know anything more. The first one is whne we are there (the 7th) so may want to check it out.....

Hi! I also just did a search on dvcmember.com and also came up with NOTHING! Would love to know more though. We'll be down if a few short days and we can't wait!!

Finally received my Vacation Magic today and there was an invitation insert for "Merry Member Mixer" - listed as 12/7, 14, 21, and 28 - the invitation reads:

"Coming Home for the Holidays? Join us for a Merry Member Mixer December 7, 14, 21, and 28 . . . We're decking the halls and sharing cups of holiday cheer during our first-ever holiday Member get-together. Celebrate the season by mixing and mingling with your DVC neighbors on these December dates. Refreshments will be served. Skate over to dvcmember.com for time and location details. We look forward to seeing you there!"

Problem is, I couldn't find any info on dvcmember.com !! Anyone know when and where they are holding these - this is a quick trip for us with very little extra time, but I figure I'd check and see if it was a time and place I was already going to be - anyone ?

We were just at the meeting for members at SSR. I believe Dave said these were going to be held in front of back entrance to Epcot every week in December. I don't remember the time though. I would check with DVC desk once you arrive. They were really excited about the meetings. We just got home and of course first place I go is to the disboards.

I just received the same thing in the mail today. I went to the member web sight and could find out no information. We will be able to attend December 21st as long as the time is okay with our schedule. This will be the first Member function that we have been able to attend.

I was hoping someone might have more information!

I didn't know which board to post it to so chose the forum because I figured it wasn't gossip or a debate or a personal item, so maybe it belonged here.

I have to call MS about the BWV hallways with dust and construction tomorrow anyway. Have to be sure I don't get put there with my lung problems.

Jesse - it was just a card stuck in the envelope with the VM - mine actually fell out when I pulled my VM out. Hopefully MS will have the info tomorrow.

And we will be there on the 28th so I went to the DVC website, like it told me to do and nothing was there. So I sent an Email (this was on Friday) and I haven't gotten a reply yet.

Looking forward to going though.
