Anyone else points on DVCMEMEBER messed up

I was just looking at the new web page and saw my waitlist for Jan at BCV came through but them I noticed I am missing like 100+ from my 2007 UY and I somehow have Points from 2008 missing.

Here are the Numbers Maybe I am reading it wrong.

I started off with 450 Points in 07. ( I banked 150SSR from 06)

So I used 60 Last march. SSR points

I have right now 130 AKV points using for NYE trip

168 Used for a BCV stay for Jan trip

DVCMEMEBER says I have 20 points left for 07


Then it says for 08 I have 222 of 300 avaliable to use.


Anyone else having this type of problem?

Hi,
I did, I had 101 missing from my 2007 Uy. I called member services, she went through all of my reservations and she came up with the same number missing. The MS rep turned it over to her Supervisor and it went to a IT person... It took about a week to clear up. I posted a Thread on this about 3 weeks ago. It was in my Beach Club account. It was a computer Glitch. Call Member Serivces, have them go over your reservations... Good luck.
