Hi pamela,
As I said before welcome aboard. We'll have those silly green ribbons on our carry on and maybe on our jackets or shirt. On our last cruise and also at WDW we haven't seen anyone with those ribbons either. But then there are alot of people there.
We're flying in around 9:15 on that thursday. If you have transfers just look for the person from Disney when you get to the regular concourse. They'll escort you down stairs to where the buses are. I beleive you said you will have to fill out your docs at the terminal so they will have to give you your transfer voucher at the airport.
The bus ride takes about 45 - 1 hour from airport to port. I guess you will have to retreive your bags as you don't have bag tags.
We were in a Cat 4 on our last cruise in October and the room is great, especially for a family. The doors for the verrandar has a child proof lock up high, just make sure if you leave door open that you watch your children. The water rushing by the ship can be so fascinating. One one of our cruises on a Prince's cruise and had to yell at a young child in a balcony below who was climbing up onto a chair next to the railing. her parents were inside the stateroom but not watching her. You'll have plenty of room. we had 4 adults and 1-10 yr old in the room and really didn't have a room problem.
What seating are you on. 1st or 2nd.??
Good luck on your trip. maybe we'll see there.
