Anyone else notice the Help Talk broke?

If you are using VMK Pal you might be sad (doubtful with VMK closing XD) you must live without help talk.

I just used it a few minutes ago and it worked for me.

I've had some reports of it not working but I haven't been able to reproduce the problem. It's been working fine for me.

Ok what is help talk is that when you put in a phrase and only hit one key to get it all. I never use that it.

It is broken for me too. Been broken since early April.
