Anyone else NOT get their census form yet?

I am more than willing to fill one out, but we never got one in the mail. Anyone else not get theirs?

I didn't get one either. I tried calling the 1-800 number but couldn't talk to a live person after 5 minutes, so I gave up. They will just have to send someone to my door, I guess.

I got mine weeks ago.
I think you can call them and get another sent or they will come to your house.

According to the site you can fill it out over the phone.

If you have not received a 2010 Census form by April 12, call 1‐866‐872‐6868 and we will either take your information over the phone or send you a form by mail.

I'm not sure if this applies to the OP, but it's my understanding that they only send them to street addresses. My parents, for instance, use a PO box so they won't get one. They'll have to wait until the census taker comes around.

Still have not gotten one. They said I could pick one up somewhere in teh neighborhood but have not had a chance to do that yet.

Not everyone will get on in the mail. If you live in an area with an historically low response, they don't mail them, they send people out door to door.

We never got one. My mom, on the other hand, got two! We live in the same town. Not sure why my address was overlooked.

Also, some resort areas will not receive a census form. Because a lot of those residents have 2 addresses, they will be visited by a census worker.

Just FYI, your local public library will have had them available, but they may be gone by now, because the target deadline for returning the mailed forms has passed (it was April 1st.)

I suggest that you call your library to check; they may still have some available.

I was wondering the same thing about 2 weeks ago. I kept seeing all those census commercials... but, I finally got mine in the mail last week.

We didn't get one either so I made DH call and he was able to answer the questions over the phone. Technically, the deadline for filling out the form and returning it has passed (the deadline was April 16). Census workers are supposed to start heading out May 1 to go door-to-door to those that didn't respond/didn't get the form.

We got one, filled it out, sent it in. Then we got a second.

We went up to my cottage today to open it up for the season and guess what was stuffed in our door....a census form!

It's a seasonal residence so I'm surprised we got one left there, we never have in the past. Of course this is also the first year we've had an address (for 911 purposes) so I guess I'm not that surprised.

We didn't get one because we use a P.O. box, instead of a street address.
I picked one up at our court house a couple of weeks ago. There was a table set up at the main entrance for the purpose of providing the forms.
I filled it out in less than five minutes, and dropped it in the mail in its pre-paid envelope.
I would suggest calling your court house and asking if they still have the forms.

We moved 5x between July '08 - March '10. We never received it. I picked it up at the local library.

We did not receive any forms in the mail...We were visited by a census worker about a week ago.
