How about using a picture that actually shows a guests view rather than this one promo shot that is clearly enhanced and shot from somewhere far above a tourists eye-view?

From this angle, it reminds me of laundry hanging on a line.

The old garland was terribly ugly and distracting to me. I like the new look much better.

Thank goodness WDW isn't designed just for 5 year olds, although 5 year olds can see the tops of the floats as well as anyone else. It's probably the easiest part of the float to see, not blocked by the people in front.

If you don't care if you get a stiff neck. 5 year olds were just an example. Disney is for everyone but us old folks can figure things out better than the little ones can.
