Anyone Else Having Trouble w/Video Professor Credit on SR?

I signed up for this, paid the 6.95 to do the offer, and apparently VP isn't crediting SR for the sign-up. At least that's the last I heard, and my Trouble Ticket is still open with no new response from SR for days. Is anyone else dealing with this? I hate not receiving credit ... it was for $13!!!

It's very frustrating to me that I even gave Video Professor another chance. The first advertiser who gave it to me about 6 months ago, it did not convert very well. So I pulled it after 2 people didn't get credit. Now it is happening again with a completely different company. The problem for me is that I never know that something isn't working until a couple of people get screwed on it. And then no matter how much I complain to the advertiser, they just say "sorry...terms say that you do not always get paid." Believe me, I am as angry about these as you are because I don't get paid either....PLUS I have angry members...which I really hate.

I just got a call from one of my best advertisers about a new music trial. It's $1 the first 24 hours. Tell you what. If some of you want to try it without risk, email me. I'll take the first 10 or 20 people. If you try it and it doesn't credit, I'll credit you the $1 that you would have been out. Just wait back to hear from me if you email me so that you know you are one of the people testing it for me.
