I have a suggestion but cannot guarantee it will work. "Sometimes", specially if IT releases some update, there is a small chance that they "broke" some functionality in a specific browser. If you have multiple browsers you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), I would suggest you try this in multiple browsers. If it bombs in all, then you can safely say this is an issue with the entire system, else you can update this thread so others can also do the same thing.
