Anyone else having trouble making reservations for 12/9-12/10?

I have a room reservation for 11/30-12/14, and I seem to be able to make ADRs for 11/30-12/8, but not for the 9th or 10th (also obviously not for the 11th through 14th, as those are not in my +10 window yet). When I attempt to make reservations on the 9th or 10th, I get the "Sorry for the Paws" message. The 10th is supposed to be a BOG PPO day, so I'd really like to secure that one. Anyone have any tips (besides call, which I will try tomorrow)?

I had trouble online today. It was working in the app, but the app does not have Fantasmic packages, so I had to call in for that.

A lot of people are experiencing issues with booking things. The slow times are ancient history, so it's cutthroat time for everything else.

This is the exact issue I had when my window opened up. I read that there were people booking today that had serious issues as well. After a few trips annually, I've just realized I need to get used to the website being wonky and I just keep trying. Thankfully the app seems to work more often (for me). I hope you were able to get everything by calling!

I had problems getting what I wanted today. My week is 12/3 to 12/10.

I used the app today successfully, though there were slim pickins'. The website would not recognize my 180+10 for the first half hour.

Got the dreaded "Sorry for the Paws" message on line this AM & wasted valuable time trying to get it to work... finally I had to use the app on my IPad & call later to refine my choices. I was on at 5 am my time... just curious... what causes "sorry the pause"?

I suspect that mine was caused by having two room reservations on the same account. But it's really just a guess.
