Anyone else having trouble holding a week on Skyauction?

I've finally decided to take the Skyauction plunge but haven't been able to put a 24 hr. courtesy hold on any weeks/rooms. I've tried from my home computer and my office computer and have even sent them an email but I keep getting an error message. Help!!!!

I think they are having some issues at RCI....I keep getting errors at www.afvclub.com and they access the same systems, I think.

Yes I had the same issue. I gave them a call and had an e-mail within 5 minutes with all my documentation. 1800-929-9929

I had the same problem but if you hit the button it does save your week. I had thought it might not but when I told them I freserved one and what it was it was there. Must just not come to our end to say it was processed.

Thanks all. I called the 1-800 # and they did have the week saved, it just didn't go all the way through as another poster said.
