We check in on May 14th, 2011, and I tried making dining reservations online this morning, but I keep getting a message that that service is not available at this time. I called and the rep was able to make a reservation for me, and she has no idea why I'm not able to make them online. She thought maybe it was a glitch in the system due to the fact that they are reworking the system tomorrow, and then will be back up on Wednesday. This is so annoying!
