Anyone else having problems with Qool.com?

I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with Qool.com. I have 2 problems that I can't get resolved. The first one is that I won an auction of a CD on June 10, 2001. They prompty deducted the coins for it but I have yet to see the CD. The other is that they offered 30,000 coins if you signed up with sharebuilder and made a trade. I did sign up and have made 3 trades but Qool has yet to credit my account with the 30,000 coins. I have written to them 4 times since August and have even written the service manager twice. The only response that I got was that my account would be credited manually with the 30,000 coins within 10 days. That was 12 days ago, no coins yet. I can't get anyone to respond on the missing CD.

Is anyone else having these problems. Is this a site that doesn't deliver what they promise? Anyone have any suggestions??

Me, too.

I won 2 auctions over a month ago, the coins were deducted, and I got emails from them confirming I had won. It was for phone cards, they said I would get an email from them with a pin # to access the phone card. Well, so far I haven't received anything from them yet, and I've emailed them several times with absolutely no response. We really could have used those phone cards last week, too, since we were on vacation during the crisis. Another member of my family had the same thing happen to him as well. I'm not too happy with Qool right now.

I transferred all of my etour points over a few months ago. After looking at what was available to bid for and the points I had. I just wrote them off as time wasted. It seemed like not much to bid on. And now it seems like no one is getting their things anyway.

Believe it or not I finally got credited for the 30,000 coins the end of last week. However after 5 requests about the missing cd they now tell me I have to fill out another form so that they can look into it. Of course I filled it out but I am not holding out much hope. What good is the 30,000 coins if their is no point in trying to win an auction. It should be interesting to see what their next stalling tactic will be.
