CS
rep offered to purchase tickets over phone, but she wasnt sure if this will include MM. What a hassle (lesson learned, should now wait last minute).

does anyone know if i order through the phone, if that will include the magic morning? i know tickets purchased in the park do not include magic morning.

edit: just got off chat with CS. is it true that they would need the gift card to show in the ticket booth if i order through the phone? (i will purchase tickets with gift card)

No matter what anyone says you should bring it just in case. Seriously it's better safe than sorry when it comes to retrieving your tickets, they're majorly important! So what if you don't need it? You're carrying around an empty gift card or two that you can throw away after you've picked up your tickets. If you're worried about mixing it up with other gift cards you could put a sticky note on it.

I haven't received a message yet, but it's been a while that I'm stuck on the screen where I entered all my credit card info. It says, "Loading..." but it has been a long time. Is this something that comes and goes, or is it not possible to buy tickets online at all?

Thanks!

My parents bought APs online and did not get vouchers to print out or even an email saying they received the order. So my dad called and they said yes it went through but no they can't resend the vouchers again. He asked why not since he you could print out 50 of them if you wanted to, but she just said she couldn't and didn't have a good reason why. So they had to go to the ticket counter before entering the parks. They were hoping not to waste that early park time since we were only there one day that time for their granddaughter's birthday. Fortunately, the lady at the ticket booth was very quick, unlike when we got our APs.

Is there a reason why it's better to buy the tickets online than to just get them at the hotel or the parks? We had lots of trouble getting the tickets online for WDW a couple of months ago (had to finally call tech support and they took care of the transaction) but in that case we needed the tickets to book our FP+. Since DL doesn't have that, am I at a disadvantage if I just buy them when we check into the hotel?

TIA

Honestly unless there's a corporate discount you qualify for that makes it that much difference, I think at the hotel or park is fine. We actually had to buy new Signature AP's on Memorial Day weekend and got there early around 9:30am and waited maybe 10 minutes and were done!

I think if you plan it out the time in person is not that big a deal as some may think. Earlier the better for sure though.

I thought tickets you buy at the parks do not include a MM.

We will be staying at a Disney hotel, so I don't think it will make a difference to us (please correct me if I am wrong) but I can see that making a big difference to some people.

I don't know whether tickets purchased at the gates include MM or not, but you are correct that as Resort hotel guests you will get EMH each day of your stay.

The tickets that you purchase at the gate do not include MM. That is why I am trying to buy them online.

This is 2nd year I have had problems purchasing Disneyland tickets online. When I tried to purchase 4 tickets costing more than $1,100, the system complained and requested additional information and clears the credit card information. I again and again entered correct credit card (VISA) information, but the system would reject. I checked my VISA balance, it showed 6 transaction of $1,273. Called the credit card company and asked them not to honor it.

Because I was afraid what might happen if I try to buy the tickets, my husband tried using another credit card (Master Card), but his was rejected also. We finally called to purchase the tickets and the ticket agent explained to us that their system is extremely sensitive and that if the address we enter does not match exactly as the financial institution's address (e.g., PO Box vs PO BOX are NOT a match), the system rejects.

I do lots of online shopping and NEVER have this problem as Disneyland. I think they should upgrade their system to accommodate; security, I appreciate, but hassles, I do not. I buy tickets for my son's family every year and i just wish I will be able to purchase the tickets online without any problem in the future, but unfortunately, I think I am just dreaming.

Going to try and buy AP's tonight with Disney Gift cards and we will see how that works out.

You may already know this, but you can only use one gift card per transaction online. So, if you have multiples, you'll need to combine them first at disneygiftcard.com

I have 5 cards at $1000 each, going to try and buy 2 deluxe AP's and see how things shake out. Hate to wait until July at the parks to do this.
We will see. The left overs are for the hotel, etc

This happens to me too! Never did get it to work for me. I even had the bank go space by space to double check my address. Ugh ! it works fine on every other online store I've tried, even the Disney store.
