Anyone else having problems making online ADRs?

I attempt to retrieve my room/vacation reservation and it comes back with this:

To make your reservation, please enter the requested information:

* E02020305001

No more information, just that...

Man am I fuming! Glad I'm not trying to book Le Cellier!

Anyone else sharing in my pain?! Calling WDW DINE now!
 
I called as soon as my cell phone switched from 6:59 to 7:00 and had no wait time!

I've been getting that error as well. Now i'm on hold for 30 minutes. I had a CM but was multitasking with calling on 2 phones and got the CM for V&A and ONLY V&A so had to call back.

on line system wouldn't let me book past my arrival date, even though it recognized my reservation number, now on hold have been for 15 min.

by the way, it is 4:15 on the west coast, been up since 3 a.m. because that would have been when we could have started our on-line ressies if it had worked.

good thing I don't have to work today. DD and DS (both adults are here in jammies too... we were all to excited to sleep.....) and now we wait....

I am on hold it says a wait time of 30min, online it wont let me make my ressies,My dates are for Dec6-16th!!! and it will only let me make ressies for Dec 1st-6th whats up with that?
 
I got all of our dining reservations then went to pay and the darn system (not my computer but the Disney site) crashed and I lost everything. Since I got on earlier than the 6am start time, I had time to redo everything and it all worked out. But it was very frustrating!

I've heard of more issues with the online system than successes. I think Disney needs to change something. I think it's more popular than they thought it would be.

Still on hold here...24 minuts on hold, supposed to be about 30, so only 6 to go (maybe)
 
27 minutes and 35 seconds later I am off the phone and leaving a CM open for one of you :goodvibes

I was unable to fit in Ohana, anywhere that I had open :guilty: and I am now left having to find two more dinners :headache:
 
My ADRs window was on Saturday and it looks exactly like our morning too! This does seem to be a common occurence. I also had to call at 7:00AM. LAter in the date the reservation came up just fine and I made some changes. Good luck. I need to call today, but think I'll wait awhile.
 
i rec'd that same error last night when making ADRs for november... but only when i tried to retrieve my ressie... so i did it without ressie and had no problem...
 
Yep I got * E02020305001 code when trying right at 6AM (well actually 3AM my time). I wasn't sure if it was working or not since it was my first time trying and I kept entering my confirmation code in. Finally at 6:15 I gave up and tried a different browser and it worked perfectly. Not sure if it was the timing or the switch in browser that made it work. Very frustrated though since several of my picks were not available and now I'm going to have to try again tomorrow.
 
was on hold for approx 40 minutes, took about 20 minutes to make the ressies, but we got em all, within moments of our desired dining time. with one exception 'Ohana. that on is an hour and a half later than we wanted. but it is on the right night.

so it is all good. but it did take two hours if you count the getting up at 3 am pacific time to get on line.
 
Called back to tweak a few things, was told 7 minute wait time. Phone call, wait time included took less than 10 minutes. I added 1900 Park Fare, but I am not happy with the time slot :( I need the online system to open up so I can play around...

The system would not recognize my DVC reservation at all.
I could only get my 12/6 ressies on line (exactly 90 days)- nothing past that.

I called at 7:00 and got a 30 min wait.
I am done now and got pretty much everything I wanted- except for HoopDeeDoo. I wanted the 7:15 show but could only get the 9:30. Some days I couldn't get it at all. I can deal with that (although I will keep checking for a 7:15 opening).

I had a great CM on the phone. :thumbsup2 She was efficient and quick. At the end I asked her if she knew of other DVC people who could not pull up their ressies- but she had not. Their system is different from the interface we see, so she could not walk me through the process.
