Anyone else having issues with cancelling ADR's?

I have been trying for about 3 hours now and am unable to cancel any of my ADR's! I tried to cancel one and it popped up with the message that online cancellation is unavailable. When I refreshed the window, all of the ADR's had a pink box under the confirmation number saying that, "sorry,cancellation of this reservation is unavailable". Anyone else having this issue? I was doing the first one as a test as I've never cancelled online before and didn't want to put on cancellation thread until I was sure it would work (and it doesn't!).

Disney's IT. Ugh. I figure it's run by three guys who shut it down when the beer and pizza arrive.

My friend works at the MDE website. He said the whole system has finally broken down. It was slowly crumbling today. Kiosks in the park are down most features on the website are down tickets aren't linking... They're at their wits end there :/

I like to think if it as that credit check commercial where someone calls in and the two computers that make up the department laugh at the caller.

We finally had time today to sit down as a family and work on fine-tuning our December plans and I need to cancel one dining reservation and make another but the site is NOT COOPERATING!
