I have been trying to log in for about a week with no luck. I know the website can be quirky. Anyone else having issues?

Yep!!! many issues!! especially with trying to access the AP page!!! there are a couple other threads regarding this!Sorry for your frustration... I feel it too... Disney needs to fix it!!

Last year when I was trying to renew online and had the same problems, I called and did it over the phone. They apologized and had me go to guest services on my next trip and they had some complimentary fast passes and snack vouchers for me! It was a nice touch but..... I'd rather they just FIX IT!! Seriously they've had problems for a VERY LONG TIME!I was trying to renew my passes for like a week but just kept getting error messages with no explanation for the reason of the error.My pass expired on January 3rd the day the 13 month promotion ended.Luckily I live near Disney and I went to DS on Jan 3rd where I waited an hour in guest relations to renew them,only reason they gave for the error messages is probably too many people trying to access the site,at least I got the 13 months but they don't make it easy!!
For some reason, one day in "my Itinerary" won't load and freezes. I don't get Stitch, it just freezes. Other days are fine, just this one. Bizarre.
Same here for us last week. It was annoying!
