I have been trying to log in for about a week with no luck. I know the website can be quirky. Anyone else having issues?

Yes, it's been quite a while that I could not get on the Disney World site at all, but this morning it worked. No idea why it suddenly started working today.

Yep!!! many issues!! especially with trying to access the AP page!!! there are a couple other threads regarding this! :crazy2: Sorry for your frustration... I feel it too... Disney needs to fix it!! :sad2:
 
Maybe try reloading the problem page. That worked for me the other day. Last resort is to clear out cookies from your browser. This happens fairly frequently.
 

I've had issues getting into my reservations on chrome. So I downloaded firefox and it works there.
 
Chrome has been giving me lots of problems lately too. Microsoft Edge seems to work better. If I do get a page that comes up with Stitch, refreshing the page usually fixes it.
 
Working well for me last night while I was rearranging a few ADR's and plans for our upcoming trip, and this morning I'm having issues. But at least the app shows changes that I made yesterday :)
 
Well shoot! Clearing the cookies didn´t work and I am using a chrombook so can´t switch browsers. Guess I will actually have to call Disney to make some simple changes. Thanks for all of the suggestions though.
 
I could make ADRs on my laptop, but kept getting Stitch when trying to access My Reservations. Switched to DH laptop and it all works fine. Frustrating to say the least.
 
I have been wanting to make a payment online and I cannot even find the option to do so. I also called customer service for the address to mail a payment, and believe it or not, they could not find the address except for the "overnight" one which does not apply.

This is an option that they're either not bringing back or can't figure out how to bring back since their 'magical enhancement' a month or so ago.
 
Thank you! Does anyone have the mailing address to make payments? I cannot locate it and, as I said, the cast member I spoke with on the phone could not locate it either. She was trying to get me to set up a Disney Savings account on their website.
 
wouldn't it be easier to use and call with your debit or credit card and then pay it off with a check if that's what you're mailing in?
 
I just googled it and can't find anything either - just either 'online' or gives a phone number to call.

"If you have a vacation package, you can pay off the balance onlineor call (407) 939-7675. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. For your convenience, you are able to use the payment method stored in your online account."
 
For some reason, one day in "my Itinerary" won't load and freezes. I don't get Stitch, it just freezes. Other days are fine, just this one. Bizarre.

I was trying to renew my passes for like a week but just kept getting error messages with no explanation for the reason of the error.My pass expired on January 3rd the day the 13 month promotion ended.Luckily I live near Disney and I went to DS on Jan 3rd where I waited an hour in guest relations to renew them,only reason they gave for the error messages is probably too many people trying to access the site,at least I got the 13 months but they don't make it easy!!

Last year when I was trying to renew online and had the same problems, I called and did it over the phone. They apologized and had me go to guest services on my next trip and they had some complimentary fast passes and snack vouchers for me! It was a nice touch but..... I'd rather they just FIX IT!! Seriously they've had problems for a VERY LONG TIME!
