Anyone else having a hard time checking in online

I have entered my info to checkin online but it keeps saying there are one or more errors. There is nothing wrong and it does not highlight anything wrong but won’t keep my cell number or room requests. I have talked to Disney Vacation Club, two Disney technical support people and the Disney hotel itself. No one can figure out what’s wrong or assist in checking in. Disney tech support has just told me the Checkin online system doesn’t work well. Anyone else with this issue? So frustrating!!!

Try the phone numbers just as numbers. No dashes or periods between the number groupings. My Disney Experience has a similar issue and will only accept number characters no alpha characters in those boxes. Maybe give that a try and see if it resolves it. Another things is it could just be the online check-in it is terrible some times.

Definitely try different browsers and if you are using the online website, try the app, and vice versa.
