Anyone else have water restrictions in their area?

We received a letter last week requesting no outside watering of any kind except on Tues, Thursday and Saturdays. They did include a cute refrigerator magnet with those days marked in blue, the others red.
I didn't realise we had received so little rain here in our Michigan area.

I live in the desert (southwest). We are restricted to twice a week, between 6am and 8am or 6pm and 8pm. We have restrictions every single year, all year long. There are no fundraising car washes, you must ask for water in a restaurant (not automatically given), and the fines are quite high for violating the rules.
