Anyone else have the Chernabog Lamp?

I just got mine in the mail yesterday. Nice lamp! Though it seems like only half the lights on in the lava pit light. Right now it looks like 4 or 5 lights are lit and there are anothe 4 or 5 that aren't. Can anyone esle tell me if mine is defective?

Been drooling over that but haven't purchased it yet......small financial detail about buying a condo 2 miles from WDW.
