Anyone else going in May?!?

We will be there May 27- June 1. My DH & I will be taking our 6 year old grand daughter with us. This will be our 3rd time taking her, she loves all the princesses. We live in the New Orleans area and will be driving, it takes us a little over 9 hours to get there. Don't forget to make your ADR's. Have a blast:cool1:

This is our first ever trip to WDW! :cheer2: Hubby and I have never been...and all 4 kiddos have never been! We are all so excited all we can think and talk about is Disney!! We are staying in two rooms at POFQ. We are also celebrating DS and DD's 5th birthday while we are there on the 20th!!! I can't think of a better place to turn 5!!
Anyone else going in May?!

Congrats on your family's first trip to WDW! Everyone is going to have a blast! I've personally never got to celebrate my birthday at Disney World, but both my DH and daughter have. My DD celebrated her sweet 16th birthday there two years ago! It's definitely exciting to celebrate there!

We'll be there in May too---May 27-June 2 to be exact!

We will be there May 27-June 2. We go to celebrate our birthday's. My DS is May 9th, mine is May 31st, and other DS is June 12th. It is an awesome time to go crowd and weather wise. You will have a blast!

Our trip overlaps you all!!! MHTeacher haven't seen ya on the RC thread for awhile....wanted to extend an invite to our Poly cabana on the 28th....it's DDs 6th birthday

We are at BWI 24-27, then the Poly til 6/2 :woohoo:

So, May Trippers, what ADR's have you made??

Since this is a short trip for DH and me, I just have a breakfast at Kona, and a dinner at R&C for DH's birthday dinner (we're going to try to hold out for a patio table). Other than that, just CS for us, definitely want to try WPE for lunch:)

What's everyone else doing??

Since this is a last-minute short trip, we've decided to make the most of our time in the parks and skip TS dining. Not sure how we'll like it since we've always done the deluxe dining plan and it will be hard to walk past our favorites and not go in. But I keep reminding myself that TS we pass up, it's a few extra hours to enjoy the parks.

Yea, that AND alot more $$ in your pocket!!:lmao:

We will be there May 3-12 staying at the BCV(3-6) and AKL-Kidani(6-12):cool1: It will be Myself 32, DH40, DS17, DD3, DD10months. We are planning some pool days and 6 park days. We have ADR's for Cape May Cafe, 'Ohana, Crystal Palace, Tusker House, Le Cellier, and Kona. I may add Sanaa or Boma to the mix also. Last February we had Dxdp and it was way too much food. I've planned a TS for almost every day so depending how we feel at the end of our trip will depend if we add more.

ADR's were so hard to decide!!! In the end we only ended up with a few. We will eat CS for most but we are doing Tusker house for DD & DS 's birthday lunch! :cheer2: I am looking forward to that one and having them meet the characters. We are also trying Tokyo dining for dinner one night, boatwrights, and California Grill! ( I can't wait to try that last one. That is our "splurge" night.)

Your ADR's are making me hungry! :cloud9:

My daughter and I are going in May - a 'last minute' decision. I think this is my 25th visit! :cool1:

I let DS pick the ADRs for his birthday. He chose San Angel Inn because every time we take the boat ride he says it would be cool to eat there. I know the food reviews are mixed, but I think the experience will be fun for him. He chose the Wave for dinner which I think is an odd choice - we've never been there! We talked about eating at the hotel that night and he looked at the menu and that is what he wanted. He's a super picky eater and I think he could live on goldfish crackers and water so an interesting choice!

We also are doing our first breakfast at Crystal Palace so we can experience being on Main Street before rope drop. We're doing Cape May on our second morning at BC and we're doing a dinner at Chef Mickey's (we've only done b-fast there before). We always have to have at least one meal at Via Napoli to get our pizza fix. We are going to Kona for the first time- I have never had tonga toast (the horror!). I'm hoping to get into Beaches and Cream while we are at BC. Ok, now I am hungry!

Count us in too for May 28th-June 4th at CBR! :cheer2: This will be our family's second trip (1st trip last May) but our first time on site so we are super excited. My DH and I have also been secretly planning this trip since November and have not told our DS and DD that we are going back....if I can keep from spilling the beans...my kiddos and I still talk about Disney everyday!!:rotfl:

I haven't been over to the RC thread in a while, because I catch the changing fever whenever I'm over there! I'm determined to stay at the Poly for this trip!

How great to get the Poly cabana for the birthday day, and very nice of you to invite us to stop in. However with my entire brood, not sure if you know what you'd be getting yourself into.......;)

Yay! Got my ME luggage stickers and info in yesterdays mail. I was so excited and my DH thinks Im a weirdo- DONT CARE:lmao: Its getting closer!!!!!!

DH and I are going May 12th-16th. Staying at POFQ.

We'll be there too! Just DH and I to celebrate our anniversary :cool1:

Our dates are 5/4-5/7, staying at CBR (my favorite moderate :cloud9:)

Dinner on our first night at Cali Grill - plan to watch the MK fireworks from there, lunch at Le Cellier on Saturday and dinner at Rose & Crown on Sunday - hoping for a patio table to watch Illuminations. DH also really wants to do the Keys to the Kingdom tour, so I need to call about that and see when we can schedule it.

We've been to DW many times as a family, but we're so excited to experience it as a couple! :lovestruc

We are going in May too!!!We will be in Disney May 28th to June 1st. Celebrating my DS 16th birthday too.

I can't wait!!!!

My hubby and i will be there on May18-22nd. Even though we have 7 kids, we are going childless. This is my 2nd time and his 5th. We are sooo excited. Staying at the Corando this time. :cool1:
