Anyone else getting an error message a lot?

I have been trying to check for reservations and keep getting "We are unable to check for reservations at this time." or "A problem occurred, please check again later." I use Safari and Chrome.

I've been getting it all week long. :confused3
 
I'm so frustrated the same thing has been happening to me for the past 2 weeks. Forcing me to now have to call for reservations. I've just given up :(
 
I've only been getting this error message for Be Our Guest searches. And on Chrome, Safari and Firefox. It used to be that I could still search using Safari, but not any more, as of this week.
 
Yes, just for Be Our Guest. I was able to switch and make a bunch of other reservations.
 

Want to update that I am also now receiving the error message for Cinderella's Royal Table on all three browsers.

Grrrrrr.
 
Yes. I get that message on and off all the time. Oddly, I sometimes have better luck trying through the internet on my phone.
 
I have been getting the same message for the last 2 weeks when checking for availability for 50's Prime Time and Sci-Fi Dine in. All the others say clearly there is no availability but those 2 keep saying unable to check. I called but there is no availability anyway.
 
I keep getting the above error message for the past two days regardless of what dates or times I search for. My booking window opened two days ago, and I can't access a thing. I hate having to do it over the phone, as I switch back and forth between websites for touring plans etc to see what days we will be in what parks. Anyone else having this same issue?
 
Yes, and it's very frustrating. I search by date and meal time instead of for a specific restaurant like others mentioned. It still gives me error messages about half the time.
 
I have been checking the website the last few days leading up to our 180 day mark today. I have seen BOG & CRT for good times. This morning is my 180 days for check in May 2, per my count & the ADR calculator site. Of course, absolutely no BOG ards are showing up online !! And the automated phone system is telling me my check in needs to be before May1st!! :furious:

On hold for an agent. :headache:


Edit: the website will let me make adrs for after my May 2nd check in @ other restaurants.
 
Not to worry everyone, although you are getting that error message the search is still working properly.

I've been getting the error for a week or two now almost non stop. During this time I have been able to book a few ADRs, the search works fine just the message is bugged.

You can check for yourself that this is true. Search as normal if you get the error, just search for 5 months in advance and you'll see the search is working as normal.

Yep, the search works. Unfortunately the "glitch" is with the most popular restaurant that many people go online to book. People aren't worried about the search working. But that it doesn't work for the ard they need.

Yes, I have a time out problem too.
 
Mine finally decided to start working tonight at 9pm. I was able to get lunch at Tusker House and Dinner at Be Our Guest.
 
It is super frustrating - I have tried 4 different ways and I keep getting the error message!
 
I keep getting it when trying to book the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party.
I finally called and the CM on the phone she couldn't see if it was booked just assumed it is booked and told me other places to sit to watch Wishes.
Everything except for MB personalization required a phone call this year.
Original Resv- phone call, online checkin-phone call, room requests- phone call (even though I was told in earlier call that I would be able to do it online), MVMCP tickets - phone call, Dessert Party- phone call.

It was so much easier with the old website...why did they have to change.:confused3
 
I was having problems as well, finally gave up and called. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to book everything I wanted at the times I wanted, and was on the phone less than 20 minutes.
 
I am getting the same messages as well. It's making my already almost impossible task of booking Chef's Table at V&A's completely impossible. :(
 
I've been checking daily for a long time for openings at BOG and CRT. Our party size is 7.

For a couple of weeks, I get this message for these two restaurants:

We were unable to check for available tables at this time. A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later.

But if I drop the party size down to 4, I get the normal message:

No tables available around 5:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday Jan 24, 2014. Search again and select a different date or time, or change your party size.

I'm thinking of calling Disney IT today and reporting this problem. Maybe if a few others of us do this, they will fix it. If there are no tables available, tell me so! But don't make me think the system is not even attempting to search for tables. :rolleyes:
