I did not receive the "Time is running out" message, but I did receive the original offer, which was pretty much the same thing. We just purchased at AKV using this incentive. We purchased 175 points. They gave us an additional 175 points to use at SSR this year only (must be used by August 2009), plus $1400 toward our initial deposit, and a $500 gift card. It seems to be a pretty good deal and the rumor I have heard from multiple people is this will probably be the best deal offered for at least the next 12 months.
