Anyone else annoyed?

All I was saying is that we won't be on site until OCT 29th and the offer expires OCT 24th. We called to see if we could book it now and they told us no we would have to wait and see if was extended or not. OK I am fine with that...we are still going back I just think it would be nice for one time when I called to make our ressies that I get a "Thank You Mrs. G for being a loyal consumer to our parks...I see that you have been here 35 times..would you like to parttake in our free dinning plan as a thank you from us here at the WDW resorts?" It would just be a nice icing on the cake for once.

It is frustrating I know. I have been to Disney over 100 times (grew up in St. Pete, FL) and have stayed in the last 25 years on site well over 40 times. The only discounts we have gotten (we don't do credit cards either) is the Annual Pass codes. I say "discount" because we all know the annual pass ain't cheap. The only thing that stops my frustration is I remind myself there is no Disney in Russia and they wish they had our problems...ya know? It is capitalism pure and simple. Sorry if I got a little Poly Sci. I am working on my husband's mantra of I worry about things I can change.
