anyone done the make your own pancake breakfast?

We are considering doing the make your own pancake breakfast at The Old Spanish Sugar Mill Grill. We have never been before and wondered if its worth the trip to see the park and make/eat the pancakes. I will also be in a wheelchair or ecv and wondered if I will be able to get around the park.

I don't know if I'm cheesy or what, but it's absolutely one of my favorite things to do. It's inexpensive, a lot of fun, and the pancakes are actually very good! This reminds me that I need to make a trip over there someday soon

Unfortunately I don't know how much of the park is ADA accessible.. I do recall some paved walkways when I was there, especially around the restaurant, but I don't recall how far those walkways go.
