I just picked up the Woman's Day magazine thanks to a previous thread and decided to do the 6 week walking plan. I jumped right in and started today. Mapped out several different 1 mile routes and off I went. I even stopped for a lottery ticket, maybe I will be lucky? I hope someone else joins me in this, I am looking forward to feeling more fit after 6 weeks!
FYI, she has the weeks listed Mon-Sun. I just put the first MOnday's walk in today and will follow her suggestions.
