Anyone Do Yoga?

I'd like to get back into yoga but we don't have the extra cash right now to pay for classes at a yoga studio (saving up for that wedding in December!).

Does anyone do yoga at home? If so, do you use a DVD? YouTube videos? Another method?

Any suggestions for DVDs or resources that will let me do yoga from home?

I don't do yoga but I do pilates and zumba through videos I've found on YouTube. I don't have the time nor inclination to go to classes. Also, it's free and there is so much variety out there.

How about your local gym (or whatever you belong to)? E.g., I belong to the Y, so all my yoga & Pilates classes there are free.

My best advice is to rent all the yoga videos your local library offers and see for yourself which one you like. I've bought a few exercise videos that friends swore by and I ended up not liking them.

If your cable has an "on demand" feature, you might find some there. Mine has them under Health & Fitness. They are free with my cable package, and change every so often.
