this appeals to me because St. John supposed to be beautiful, and a catamaran make for a nicer ride than a ferry? Have 9 and 7 year old girls, and an 80 years old senior that fairly mobile

If you have done this, do you know which beach they pull up to? Is 3 hours on a catamaran and bus too much for only 90 mins on shore? overall thought on this vs Trunk Bay excursion?

Thank you

It does not pull up to the beach. It docks offshore and you can either snorkel in the area, swim to the beach or have them bring you over in a little raft. There are no chairs, umbrellas or any other amenities at the little beach area.

We loved this tour and have pictures on our October 2015 youtube video. I wish I was on the tour today! Below is the link to our video.

We did it and loved it. Probably the best excursion we've done. The guys on the catamaran were fantastic.
