Anyone deal with this resale company?

We just lost our contract to Disney today and we are searching for a new one. I received an email from dvcresalemarket .com with a property we might be interested in.
Has anyone used or heard of this company? Thanks so much!

We have, love Nick Cotton! I've used both DVC Resale Market and Timeshare Store. Both are equal in my mind! Our experience with DVC Resale has been awesome!

We are dealing with Nick Cotton on the contract in ROFR that is similar to the one Disney just took from you. He has been really helpful and very responsive. I email him and he responds very quickly. In fact I emailed him with a question this afternoon and he responded about about 15 minutes later. Never had to wait overnight for a call back or response to a question.
Their website is really easy to use looking at the listings. It's the only one that doesn't give me a headache.
