Anyone cruising MAY 15th 2004?

Just wondering if anyone out there is on this cruise....I know it's a bit early, but I thought I'd try!

We're going in May 2004. 4 day wonder, 5/16! Not on your cruise, but going the next day!!! I don't think that there are too many people booking early for next may yet!

I am!!! Just booked the May 15, 2004 7-day Eastern cruise about 2 weeks ago for myself, daughter, son-in-law and grandson. It is a graduation present for my daughter who is graduating from Old Dominion University (she calls it the 10-year program). I am so proud of her - high school studies were not a priority with her so I never thought that she would continue her education. Wonders never cease.!
Anyway, I am so excited and can hardly wait. I picked the Eastern cruise so that we can have 3 days at sea to relax. Got a secret porthole room too!

Will love to meet with other DIS members too! I'm already planning my trip and buying clothes and other things that will be needed. I enjoy these boards so much and get so much information from them. Had to book through Dreams Unlimited just to pay back for all of the great service that they provide.

Hi there Cruisndisney, This is our first Disney cruise. I'll be going on my first ever cruise on the carnival Elation in 3 weeks! I'm a little nervous as I suffer from motion sickness so I got a perscription for TransdermScop and I'm hoping that will help

I'm buying a trip for my 8 year old niece, 19 yr young sis, DD 50 and DM 48. Iwork really long hours (Financial Consultant) and don't get to spend much time with the family these days, so what better way to get together than on one of the happiest places at sea!

Merry Christmas Gift to them!

I'm excited for my cruise in a few weeks but I'm going to go through DIS Board withdrawal! I think I need a 12 step program!

I was nervous for our first trip about sea sickness because I get car sick often. But I took preventative measures like a Dramamine and after a full day on the ship, I was okay. No problems! And this second time around I didn't even notice any ill feelings. Just be sure to bring something with you and be careful that you do not eat too many out of the ordinary foods. That could be upsetting to your stomach at first.

I can't wait to go!!!

I didn't realize there was a thread for this date already. (May 15, 2004). (Thank you NYDisneyMom) I guess I'm not the ony one that is already super excited for next May to come.... This will be our second Disney cruise. We just got back from Western on May 17th.

I will be sailing with dh Steven, ds Cory 10, dd Morgan 6, and mil Carol. We also talked some other friends into going too.


I would love to have a dis meet. I missed the one for our first cruise. We had a flight delay. We are definitley flying in the day before next year... It was too stressful flying in the same day.

It's still a year away but we are already excited!

DW, twin DDs (7y/o at next embarkation), and I can't wait. We just got back from our 1st cruise (did land/sea on the Wonder) and realized onboard that 4 days was not enough. Saw Colleen and next thing ya know...we're booked again!

Can't wait to get back on board and have a wonderful time. See all of you there. I'll be the one with the 3 redheads!!

We are sailing on the Magic on May 15, 2004. My DH and I just returned from a 3-day cruise and booked two cabins on cash while on board and will be booking one on points. It will be DH and myself in one cabin, our two daughters (18 and 21) in the another, and my MIL in the third cabin. Everyone was excited when we came back last Sunday and asked them to cruise with us next year. I'm already starting to look at the excursions. I hope that they don't change too much before then. We are thinking about taking the Golden Eagle Catamaran excursion at 7:45am in St. Martin. It gets back around 1pm so we can clean up and have lunch on board and then venture out a bit for some shopping in Philipsburg. As you can see, I am very excited myself and already making plans for a cruise that it nearly a year away.

Don't feel bad, I've been reading and re-reading the excursions since we booked for next May on our cruise this past January. I'm just trying hard to not get my heart set on any specific excursion because you never know what may change between now and then.

We will be on this cruise, DW, DD she will be 6 on the cruise almost 7, DS will be 4 & myself. The plan as of now is to fly down the day before & probably stay at the Radisson near the port. This is our first cruise, but certainly won't feel lost from all the info we get on the boards.

Anyone else coming in the day before & staying at the Radisson? Anyone flying from Akron/Canton airport?

The only good thing about being still a year away, is we can save some money for the excursions
