Am I right that it's about a 3 hour drive from WDW to Miami?

That drive took us six hours....

I don’t know if this standard procedure at Port of Miami, but after they boarded groups 1 and 2 they announced “groups 3 through 5 may now board.” As a 3 I was pretty ticked...and of course, there was squealing and running.
