Ahhh It's forecasted that we are due to receive 6inches of that white stuff on Christmas Day!! Mother & 2 brothers are coming from 1.5 hrs away. Dont know when we could reschedule for either. Sat is the other side family Christmas and DH is unavailable next Sun.

No snow where I'm headed....except in MGM!!!!:bounce:

Hope the snow doesn't interfere with too many plans....but a white Christmas? How beautiful!!

Isn't it a bit early to be rearranging plans? My experience with weather forcasts is that they change many times in the course of 3-4 days. Besides, 1 1/2 hours in 6 inches of snow would only be a minor delay around these parts.

Nope...and it gets us out of trouble! BIL wanted us to go to his place up in NH, 1.5 hrs away, to see MIL who is flying in that day. I wanted to stay local and go to my sisters. Now it looks like the hike up there would be difficult in the snow and who knows if MIL will even make it back. So, he cant be mad now since we have the perfect excuse (although, I think he still will be).

Either way it doesn't matter to me, just me and my son are here, no one is coming over. I didn't here snow for Christmas, it was a big maybe but then again I havent watched TV. I hope your plans follow through but ya have to admit snow on Christmas day hs a nice feeling.

...looks at the calendar...

I'm with Diane on this one -- isn't it a bit early to be relying on a forecast??

We haven't changed our plans yet, but I am starting to worry. We plan to leave the Washington DC area at 6am and drive to Michigan. The forecast right now does NOT look good. :(

HYPE! Every year they make it sound like we are going to have a white Christmas and then nothing. I think it helps the ratings LOL! Everyone checking the news during this busy time just to see how the storm is progressing. I personally would love to see the snow on Christmas. It would make my son's eyes pop out! He keeps saying Santa can't come if we don't get snow!
So no we haven't changed any plans.

Yeah, we are supposed to have 6 feet of snow. I hear they are going to close Disney for the day. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Nothing but rain here.... *sigh* BUT, we will still wake up at the crack of dawn to see what Santa brought. Merry Christmas!!!!

If the snow comes on Christmas Eve a sick day might be in order...;)
