Anyone care to evaluate my current Touring Plan (Halloween Week, moderate crowds)

Who: Me (32, in good condition), DH (31, in good condition), My Brother (DB, 39---in good condition), DS (4 1/2, with access to a stroller), and Grandma (Great Grandma to DS, 87, not physically confined/restricted to Wheelchair, but will be using 95% of time for comfort and safety)

When: 10/26-11/2

Where (we are staying): I'm not sure. My older brother took over the reservations when he decided to join us and I know it's MK area and I have a gut instinct it's either a CL room at WL or a DVC Villa at WL.

How: Using Disney Transportation, a stroller, and a wheelchair with Park Hopper tickets

Misc: Park recommendation based on Crowd Calendar (fairly consistent among various). Any planned return to resort rest periods noted. Open to most rides, iffy on shows not mentioned by name here. Planning on being at rope drop every morning

Monday: Arrive and head to Epcot by 3:30 at the latest Most Recommended Park
FP: Soarin, Turtle Talk, Character Spot (window starting 3:30-4pm).
ADR currently scheduled (but not heartbroken if we cancel it): Spice Road Table at 8:20pm (Thinking desserts and Illuminations)
Notes: We land a little before noon, using ME to get to resort, and I plan on just dropping items off/picking up wheelchair/stroller before departing for Epcot

Tuesday: MK (Focus on Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square) Most Recommended Park
FP: Pirates, Splash, Big Thunder (hopefully window ending before FoF parade)
ADR: (Currently have two booked, can't decide) San Angel Inn 7:00pm/Whispering Canyon 8:10pm, not 100% on either one, may drop both.
Notes: Planning on departing MK after FoF parade and no other plans for that evening

Wednesday:
Epcot (AM) and MK (PM) (No specific lands, mostly for W and MSEP) 2nd Recommended Park (Ep)/Least recommended (MK)
FP: Should I make FP's for MK or for Epcot? Option One: Epcot FP (TT, MS, SE) or Option Two: MK FP (MSEP, W, Town Square Mickey). O'hana is the wildcard. With a 5pm ADR, we should get in and out "quickly" and I'm expecting a 7pm arrival at MK.
ADR: Ohana 5:05pm
Notes:

Thursday:
Rest Day/MNSSHP
FP: (Whatever I can make from 4pm-7pm...I believe I read that as an option on party days?)
ADR: Kona Cafe 1:55pm
Notes: Swimming, maybe DTD

Friday:
DHS Most Recommended Park
FP: Toy Story, Tower of Terror, Star Tours (Debating on attempting to sign up for JTA)
ADR: Mama Melrose F! Package 12:00pm
Notes: Only DB, DS, and I will be doing ToT

Saturday:
MK (Fantasyland and Tomorrowland Focus)/Evening Resort Halloween Events (Halloween Day) 2nd Recommended Park
FP: Anna and Elsa, 7DMT, PeterPan
ADR: BOG 11:05am CG 8:55pm (Hoping to catch HalloWishes)
Notes: Planning on departing MK around 2 or 3pm to head to resort to rest/change for evening

Sunday:
AK 2nd Recommended Park
FP: Safari, Nemo, Everest
ADR: Tusker House 4:55pm
Notes: No set plans after dinner, perhaps DTD, flight leaves Monday afternoon, no rush for us to get up super early so packing can wait til morning time.

Thanks!

Your plan looks good to me! On your Epcot/MK split day I would personally pick the MK FP's and just head to test track first thing when you get to Epcot. If your going to MK solely to see MSEP and Wishes, might as well get the best possible view without having to stake out a spot forever in advance.

I wouldn't do San Angel Inn on your MK day. Whispering Canyon or another MK resort restaurant seems like a better bet to me.

On your last day, that might be when I hopped over to Epcot for another World Showcase dinner.

I'm not sold on San Angel Inn anyways, I just haven't cancelled it because it's more of a normal meal time than 8pm. I'd love to do Whispering Canyon because I think (ok, I'm hoping) we're staying there, but it's such a late meal time. I'll check out other Resort Meal options.

Are you buffet people? I keep reading good things about Trail's End over at Fort Wilderness.

I've eaten at Grand Floridian Cafe for lunch. It was better than we expected. If you're interested in a character meal, the 1900 Park Fare Cinderella dinner is a hoot. Of course, if you want to spring for signatures, you've got a lot of choices ... Artist Point at WL for instance.

We ate at San Angel once. The setting is lovely and the meal was better than we expected.

If it were just DH and I, I'd be more into the idea of San Angel Inn, I suppose. But with grandma (potentially wanting to stay in her wheelchair), the darkness and the space is a big concern for me. We have the DDP and are already doing one Signature (CG) but I had seriously been eyeing artist point, even if it's OOP. I've been toying with paying for grandma's food OOP and using her credits to bulk up our meal choices (including another signature, for example).

Now that you say that, San Angel Inn is cramped. A wheelchair may have trouble in there, and if she braved walking to your table, the path would be obstacle-filled because the tables and chairs are so close together, not to mention it's dark.

When we stayed at VWL, we did Artist Point. It is not my favorite signature (I think the dining room just doesn't do anything for me), but the food was very good.
