I received the following e-mail from them yesterday:
"Thank you for your email.
At this time we are experiencing some system challenges with the new View Requests at the Disney's Boardwalk Villas. May I ask that you check back with us tomorrow, Thursday August 21st.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience."
Kind of strange; I would figure that if they were having problems that they'd just queue up the requests and deal with them when they got the system working instead of asking everyone to resend them (which I did this AM)
