Anyone booked through travel agent but added cruise?

for our Sept 2011 wedding trip we plan to book our usual 14 night holiday at a disney resort through virgin but the day we are due to check out is a 3 night disney cruise. How does the return flight home work?

For our wedding in Orlando, we we're there for 14 nights, but the last 4 we're on the Wonder. We booked through Virgin Holidays via our travel agents but they did it all so I'm not sure how it works

We did it last May. We booked our return flights, car and hotel through Virgin. The last week of the holiday we just didn't book a hotel with them for - they term it as an "independent stay".
