Anyone booked a Heathrow Hotel thru' Airmiles with parking?

Pretty much as the title says.

Have the Airmiles to book a Hotel, but none seem to include parking for the duration of your trip, so just wondering if anyone has ever managed to do it?

Any advice appreciated.

Matt, for some reason the Airmiles don't seem to offer hotel packages which include parking. I must admit, I'd often wondered whether you'd ever been able to book the Gatwick one with parking as I know you usually book through them - whenever I've looked, it's always been just room only.

I think it is because they are swines! Half thinking of takling a punt, parking and then just finding a way out - we have only got a small car!!

Have you tried Holiday Inn or Marriot? Sometimes they offer discount parking if you book a room. At least you will get the room for free and the parking will be cheaper.


I used secure parking at Heathrow when I lived in Bournmouth. they are very reasonable and they will provide transport to the terminal - just another option to consider

We booked one of the manchester airport hotels thru airmiles with 14 days parking in 2005, can't remember how many miles it was (2,000+)but it was £20 total cash. However when we checked in they noticed we arrived back on the 15th day so we had to pay extra at the desk, think it was £7 or £8.

Been on to airmiles today to try to use up our 4664 remaining miles (natwest CC not doing the scheme anymore) and got the following quote:

DLRP 1-5 sep 07 in dreamcastle B&B 3 days park tickets for 2 AD, DD 12, DS 8 = 4,000 miles + £1220!!!!

Alton Towers 2-4 sep 07 in Best Western Stoke B&B 2 days park tickets + 4,000 miles + £172!

Airmiles never seem to offer that good a deal when you actually price things up.
