Anyone book your free cruise yet?

If you bought BLT with the free cruise incentive, have you booked it yet? I have a few questions...

What are the dates that you can book? I saw them listed on this board at one time, but can't find it any longer. Please, will someone direct me?

What is the cost to upgrade/add a 5th person on a 7 night cruise? We have to upgrade because we have 5 people. (Even though the baby will be younger than 1 yr old, I assume she counts.)

What does it include? Taxes, port charges, tips (just wishful thinking probably)?

When did you receive all the details?

We just bought today and forgot to ask all these questions!

We just did an add on at BLT and also got the free cruise. Thank you for posting all your questions we had the same ones to ask. The only thing our guide told us was we had until 12/2010 to go and if we wanted to upgrade our room it was $80 more per person.

You will receive a certificate in the mail. You will be booking directly through DCL. So you can't book until you receive your certificate. You can begin booking March 2, 2009. You can upgrade if you have a family of five. I have heard $80-$110 per person. Plus you will need to pay the full fair for the 5th person.

And you don't get the voucher until after you close which I think takes about 4-6 weeks. Since the cruise option is only a few weeks old, I don't think anyone has closed and received their vouchers yet.
