Anyone book through Travelocity.ca?

Just wondering if anyone has ever booked with Travelocity.ca. I want to stay at the Pop Century hotel when I go to WDW, Disney reservations tells me it's sold out for the time I'm going, but it's available on travelocity, expedia and other hotel booking sites. Just wondering how it works when you book hotels with them. Thanks!!

Last year I booked our hotel through Expedia...worked just fine. We ended up saving about $10/night vs what our travel agent quoted!! We stayed at the Double Tree Suites next to Downtown Disney (I wouldn't recommend the hotel).

I've only booked flights but had no problem. From what I understand though just from looking is that you had to pay everything up front, and they have large cancellation fees (if I remember correctly). I did check for this trip and tried to bundle flight/pop/hrh but they charge service fees to book so it was cheaper to book direct. However, saying that, if there was no other way I would have no problem booking through them if everyone else was sold out.
