I thought that was you - Cindy right? We did have a great time on the cruise and enjoyed putting it in our scrapbook. We're really thinking that the Member Homecoming will be an event to remember as well. We should definately think about getting a DIS meet together during that time (not at the events themselves as that would be a little crazy) but maybe the day before so we can all recognize each other at the events. That's what we did on the cruise and it worked great. So nice to have so many friends around and DIS'ers make great friends.

A DIS meet sounds like a good idea.....however, depending on what flights we can get, we just might not fly down until Monday night/Tuesday morning. I'll have to see what's available and which flights work out best for us.

We are looking forward to it.

I just booked to be part of Member Homecoming this morning. I had ressies for the week before but thought it over for the last few weeks and I had so much fun on the Cruise that I thought I would not want to miss this one either! And I'm driving down also - this time with others in my car. So.... Mark and Mary - I'll see ya there!!!

I was planning on being there May 17 (first day available to me as a new SSR owner) till May 24. At first I was not going to MH as I kept reading such negative stuff on the DIS boards.

Thank you for this link. I have now changed my plans to stay until May 28. I will be going solo and staying at OKW. I was too late to get into SSR, but I am really looking forward to staying at OKW. I hope to meet some of you at MH.

I am so glad you came to your own conclusion! It's sad when others who have no desire to attend an event like this can cast a shadow of a doubt on those who genuinly want to attend.

I know we'll be having a grand time at MH. DH and I are looking forward to it.

I just made my ressies for member homecoming. I can't wait. I wasn't able to do the cruise so I'm excited about this. It will be just My Mom and I at OKW but I waitlisted for boardwalk.

Now I have to add another countdown timer

It's good to know that after several weeks tickets are still available. That way, anyone who wants to attend won't be shut out by a record demand for this member event.

I hear you Reg - looks like it is going to be a great reunion with some great new people as well.

To those who don't like the idea of this Homecoming - too bad. Why you feel the need to put it down is beyond me.
