Anyone book a vacation home through FOR-Access Vacation Homes?

Just booked though HotelKingdom. The process for getting the key to the home seems overly complicated. They want me to pick up the keys in Davenport FL. Is this far from the actual homes? How are the vacation homes?

Do you know where the house is? Is it located in Davenport? Davenport is approximately 10 minutes from the Formosa Gardens area (mile marker 5). We stayed there on our last trip and it took us almost exactly 10 minutes to get to this point. It would be quite a drive if you vacation rental ended up down the other end of 192.
