Anyone been to Riviera this week? What time does pool open?

Anyone been to Riviera lately? How crowded is the resort in general and how crowded is the pool? Curious as to what time the pool opens?

Also try posting this in the Riviera Facebook groups if you don't get an answer. I believe there are 2 of them. People have been posting trip photos on those groups that have been there since it opened!

Currently sitting at the pool at riviera .. the pool without the slide is open from 7 am until 11 pm. The pool with the slide opens at 11 am and I believe closes at 11 pm. I’ll check when I go over there later.

I have been at riviera since July 11. The most I have seen at the quiet pool has been about 11 people with maybe 20 at the pool with the slide. Quick service is all mobile order so minimal people there. A cast member friend said maybe 30% occupancy but not sure if she was referring to riviera or overall

How has Primo Piatto been or the refillable drink mugs? How are the Cast Members there?

The pool with the slide hours are 11 am until 9 pm according to posted sign

Cast members have been wonderful. Happy to help and I’m sure to be back at work. Primo Piattos menu has been slimmed down ( as just about everywhere at Disney). All orders are by mobile order and are bagged for take out. There are tables on the waterfront outside and some inside spaced apart. The refillable mug is available for about $20. There is no self serve with the mug, you show it to the cast member and they fill a large size Disney cup ( with lid and straw if you want) with choice of beverage. Riviera has typical coke products, coffee and sweet and unsweetened tea

Based on the fact that you can get a 1 bedroom cash room for $460 I’d say that’s occupancy! We are staying there for three nights in September as part of a DVC use it or lose points stay. Hope it’s still that empty then!
