Anyone been to Residence Inn?

Has anyone been to the Marriott Residence Inn near Seaworld? I got a good rate for a 1 bedroom (2 queen) suite for Easter week ($99) but I can't seem to get any information on the Hotel other than what is on the Hotel's web site. I would like to know how the rooms compare to other Suite hotels like HIFS, Hawthorn Suites, Summerfield Suites, Homewood Suites. Also, how is the breakfast and the pool? Thanks in advance for any info.

This is a fairly new residence inn and is the 3rd in the I-drive area. The other 2 being on Universal Blvd and the other is on Sand lake and Canada Ave.
I have only stayed at the one on Canada ave and the rooms there were nice with full kitchen with pans and plates glasses silverware, and cooking utensils toaster and microwave full size refrig! Counter style table with stools.
there were 2 tvs in the room
The extended continental breakfast was good! they had eggs fruit waffles cereals danish and pastries english muffins bagels bread for toast juices and coffee and tea!

sorry I couldn't help you with the Sea world RI but could give you an idea

We have reservations for the Residence Inn for Sept. and I would like to hear if anyone has stayed here also.

I wish I could be specific and tell you I've stayed at this RI, but I can tell you that I have stayed in many of them around the northeast and that I have never run into a bad one. The newer ones are particularly nice (and very standard). We just stayed in one last month in NJ and it was terrific. I will be staying in another this weekend in CT and it looks to be identical. They are almost exactly the same as Homewood Suites, even down to the decor! I don't think you should worry a bit.

Just got back from the Residence Inn Seaworld. It was excellent for the price- breakfast was good; hotel, grounds and pool were very clean, front desk and housekeeping were helpful and friendly. I would definately go back. PM me with any questions.
